Welcome to our NEW North Dakota 4-H Ag Ambassadors!

Meet your North Dakota delegates to the 2025 National 4-H Congress! Congress will take place November 28 - December 2 this year.

Get to know the delegates:

🍀Laura (Nelson County) - "My favorite memory with 4-H was going to Nationals for Land Judging, because there was a lot of new information to learn, and I got to compete with my friends. Outside of 4-H, I’m involved in FFA, FBLA, National Honor Society, Band, Student Council and Academic Challenge. I play volleyball in the fall and run and throw in track in the spring. I also have been taking piano lessons for 9 years. "

🍀Anna (Adams County) - "I am a member of the East Adams Roughriders 4-H club and have served as secretary and vice president of my club. One of the things that I love about 4-H is Communication Arts. I always have a great deal of fun writing and performing my (usually humorous) pieces. A very dear 4-H memory for me is the Extension Youth Conference 2025 (my third EYC), where I made several friendships and just had a blast overall."

🍀Lily (Nelson County) - " I have been in 4-H for eight years, and I enjoy participating in Land Judging, Range Judging, Crops Judging, Consumer Decision Making, and I show livestock and static exhibits as well. One of my favorite 4-H memories was attending the National Land Judging competition in Oklahoma last May; and I am looking forward to attending the National Consumer Decision Making contest in Texas this January."

🍀Sawyer (Ramsey County) - " I am in the Bird Busters 4-H Club, of which I am currently president. I am also a North Dakota State 4-H Ambassador. My favorite experience in my seven years of being in 4-H is attending Extension Youth Conference, both as a delegate and as an ambassador. I have competed in Communication Arts, which I greatly enjoy."
