Happy Easter 🐰

We often think of Easter as a single day…
but it actually comes from something much older.

Easter falls on the first Sunday after the first full moon following the Spring Equinox each year.

So it’s a moving lunar holiday—
tied to the sky, the cycles, and the Earth itself.

Long before it was called Easter,
this season was a time of renewal, fertility, and rebirth—
often connected to the goddess Ostara.

And the symbols we still use today
carry this history and symbolism.

The white rabbit, for example—
a symbol of fertility, new life, and quiet magic…
but also a guide.

A reminder to follow what’s calling you,
even if you don’t fully understand it yet.

And no matter what you believe,
the deeper theme is the same:

🌿 Death → Rebirth
🌿 Darkness → Light
🌿 Dormancy → New Life

You can feel it right now.

Things ending.
Things being stripped away.
Old versions of ourselves dissolving.

And the new is rising…
It isn’t forced or rushed, but real and heart aligned.

So in honor of the cycles of life, death, and rebirth—

I was reminded of this today:

There’s a lot of noise right now.
Fear, opinions, and stories coming from every direction.

Not everything we hear is truth and not everything that isn’t working is meant to be forced.

Sometimes when things slow down or don’t go the way we expect,
the mind tries to make sense of it…
and that’s where fear can start to take hold.

But I’m being reminded that there are moments where the path isn’t fully clear,
and the work is simply to stay grounded in who you are
and do what you know is right.

Not everything needs to be figured out today.
Not everything needs to be believed.

Happy St. Patrick’s Day ☘️
I’ve always felt a connection to my Irish roots — something in the land, the symbolism, and the older traditions feels familiar in a way I can’t fully explain.

There’s a story that St. Patrick drove the snakes out of Ireland… but Ireland likely never had snakes.

So the story is symbolic.

Some believe the snakes represented older ways — beliefs and traditions that existed before a different way of seeing the world took hold.

And what’s interesting is that in many traditions, the snake wasn’t something bad.

It represented healing, wisdom, and rebirth.

It sheds its skin to become something new.

So maybe the snake isn’t just something to remove…

But something that deeply transforms.

Potpourri of plant medicine 🌿

I had a good day🕊️

Today I made a little natural potpourri blessing for the house.

Orange peels for uplifting energy
Vanilla for restoring what’s been drained
Cloves to clear heavy energy
Cinnamon sticks for warmth, healing, and abundance
Rosemary for purification
Thyme for strength and protection
Yarrow for healing

The rosemary, thyme, and yarrow all came from my garden.

We’re almost finished renovating our bedroom and just moved back in a couple nights ago. Final touches are coming, but the space already feels peaceful again.

Tyler walked in and said the house “smells like Christmas.”

Sometimes the simplest things shift the feeling of a home — herbs from the garden, a warm stove, and a little intention.

Nature always seems to know how to restore balance.

It can feel confusing… like something inside you has changed, but the rest of your life hasn’t quite caught up yet.

Refinement. Release. Realignment.

This eclipse less about chaos and more about calibration.

Virgo energy asks us to look honestly at what isn’t sustainable.

Where are you scattered?
Where are you overextending?
Where are you trying everything instead of anchoring what truly works?

For me, this season feels like completing a cycle intentionally.

Releasing what isn’t aligned.
Choosing stability.
Creating space for something meaningful and sustainable.

Powerful growth can come from refinement as well as expansion.

Restructuring doesn’t always mean leaving.
It can mean walking differently inside what already exists.

We’re in Pisces season, eclipse energy is building, and today carries 22/4 numerology — Master Builder energy. Foundation. Structure. Sustainable growth.

That combination is important.

Pisces softens what we’ve been gripping too tightly. It doesn’t always bring sharp mental clarity first. Sometimes our body feels the shift before our mind can explain it.

This is a season where feelings may point the way before logic catches up.

It’s not emotional chaos or bypassing, but embodied awareness.

I’ve been noticing this in my own life and in client work lately. We don’t always have to lose people, quit the job, or dismantle the entire structure to grow.

Sometimes the shift happens when we:
• stop over-controlling
• stop over-explaining
• stop over-functioning
• and simply show up differently

A client recently shared that his dreams are nudging him to let go and trust instead of trying to manage every outcome.

That feels very now.

Today’s date (2/28/2026) reduces to 22 → 4 — a reminder to build what’s real. Lay bricks slowly. Strengthen foundations instead of forcing dramatic change.

Pisces softens.
22 builds.
4 stabilizes.

This season can also bring fatigue. Fatigue that comes after striving and asks for integration instead of performance.

Maybe we don’t need to release everything.
Maybe we just release our hold.

Evolution can also look like foundation.

🌑 Community Check-In | Eclipse + New Year Integration

I pulled cards for us:

Eight of Wands • The Hanged Man • The Devil
Bottom of the deck: Page of Pentacles

This is repatterning energy.

The Eight of Wands speaks to how fast everything has been moving lately — internally especially. Nervous systems activated. Downloads coming in. Emotional waves. Decisions wanting to happen all at once.

But then comes the Hanged Man.

The pause.

The body saying: not yet.

This is perspective shifts, where we’re asked to stop forcing timelines and allow integration. Many of us are feeling tired, foggy, sensitive, or slowed down because of this reorganizing.

Then The Devil shows what surfaces once we stop pushing:
old survival patterns, scarcity stories, obligation loops, places where we’ve been operating from pressure instead of truth.

And underneath it all is the

Page of Pentacles.

A new beginning.
A grounded restart.
Small, real steps.
Embodied value.
Building differently this time.

With the Aquarius eclipse, Venus rising from the underworld, Pisces season beginning, Saturn + Neptune initiating a new cycle, and the Chinese New Year opening fresh momentum — this is a threshold moment:
