The most nutrient dense food on the planet π
For thousands of years people would consume the organ meats of animals which is where a ton of nutrients are found. Nowadays, many people only eat the muscle meats- missing out on many of those nutrients.
Incorporating liver into the diet can be super beneficial for overall health! I am someone who cannot stand liver, and therefore take it in supplement form.
