Before we stretch, I need to understand what your body has been carrying. Tightness comes from patterns long shifts, heavy lifting, sitting too long, driving all day, working overhead, or just pushing through pain because you have to. This moment is where we break that down. I’m listening for what hurts, what feels stuck, what’s been slowing you down, and what your workday is doing to your body. When I know the pain points, the stretch becomes targeted and intentional not random and that’s why the relief lasts longer.
