Hi! 👋
It's been a while since I've popped on here - but for those of you who don't know me - I'm Jen Enz, owner of Enz Wellness and The Studio Wellness Collective.
I focus on helping my clients find their optimal wellness by developing a deep understanding of their habits and lifestyle, why they make the choices they do, and how we can align their choices with their goals. As a certified Nutrition and Wellness Coach, I aim to create a life balance that prioritizes your well-being and celebrates all aspects of your true self.
I also love helping people move safely and comfortably in the body they're in. I have several different tools I use to help with that. Rossiter Stretching is an amazing power tool for pain relief that focuses on stretching the fascia. I am also a certified trauma informed yoga teacher and personal trainer. I use a lot of mindfulness techniques to empower my clients to listen to and trust their body.

Winter is here... ❄⛅
But did you know, exercise is one of the most under utilized anti-depressants? I know up here in ND it can get dark and cold - but bundle up, get out and play, go dancing, go to yoga class, jump on a stationary bike - whatever you need to do to get moving. Your mind and body will thank you. :)
