✨️ 1 spot left ✨️ and all levels and experience welcome to join this Level 1 Reiki class! The only requirement is a willingness to learn and practice this gentle modality. I have 14 years of experience, so you will get a ton of info and insights! There will be plenty of hands on practice time, as well. This beginner-friendly course introduces you to the ancient Japanese technique of stress reduction and relaxation that promotes physical and emotional healing.

In this class, you will:

✨️Receive Your First Attunements: Experience a sacred process that opens your energy channels, allowing you to channel Universal Life Force energy through your hands.
✨️Master Self-Healing: Learn the specific hand positions to perform Reiki on yourself, helping you manage anxiety, boost your immune system, and improve sleep.
✨️Heal Others: Gain the confidence to share this soothing energy with friends, family, pets, and even plants.
✨️Understand the Chakras: Explore the human energy system and learn how to identify and clear blockages.

Level 1 Reiki covers the basics of energy and how energy healing works, as well as the mechanics and history of Reiki. You receive an attunement that "downloads" you with the sacred Reiki symbols, activating the secondary chakras in the palms of your hands and initiates the power of Reiki healing.

After Level 1, you can give Reiki to friends, family, pets, yourself, and anything you can think of!

You will receive a manual and certificate of completion. I will be offering Level 2 depending on when it works for the group.

I’m Sarah, The Salty Spiritualist, and I offer reflexology, energy healing with Reiki and Integrated Energy Therapy (IET or Healing with Angels), sound healing with tuning forks, and intuitive insights. I also teach Reiki and Integrated Energy Therapy classes, and will have meditation events and Goddess Gatherings (Women's Circles). Just send me a message if you would like experience any of this!

You can find my office in Fargo, North Dakota at 1326 25th St S. My appointment hours are Tuesdays, 3:30-7:00pm. I also offer mediation events, classes, Reiki attunements, and women’s gatherings.
