Sound Bath @ Light Codes Healing Center, Thursday, March 26th, 6:00PM-8:00PM

Ready for an energetic experience that is on the next level? Join me for a sound bath at The Healing Light Codes! But what is The Healing Light Codes experience?
The Energy Enhancement System (EESystem) generates multiple bio-active life enhancing energy fields, including “scalar waves” which can allow cell regeneration, improve immune function, provide relief from pain, detoxify the body, elevate moods, and assist in balancing right and left hemispheres of the brain to increase energy levels.

The first hour is the sound bath experience with crystal singing bowls, Tibetan gong and more! The second hour is your time to continue to relax in the healing energies of the scalar waves. Be sure to add on a healing foot detox session afterwards!

Reflex Recharge @ Studio NoMo, Saturday, April 11th

Experience a deeper way to refresh and recharge your body and spirit with this two hour reflexology and thermal cycling event. IET Intermediate Class + Attunement, Saturday, March 21, 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM

This class is for those who have taken the Beginner level of IET. The next Beginner class will be on April 25th.

Reiki 2 Class, Saturday, March 28, 10:00AM – 3:00 PM

This class is for those who have taken the level 1 Reiki class. The next level 1 class will be on April 18th.

I only have ONE person signed up so far, and we need 2 people to make this class happen! So please don't delay if you've been thinking about continuing your Reiki journey!

Reiki 1 Class, Saturday, April 18, 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM

You CAN learn energy healing! You don't need any prior experience. Just a willingness to learn and practice this gentle modality. I have 14 years of experience so you will get a ton of info and insights! There will be plenty of hands on practice time, as well. This beginner-friendly course introduces you to the ancient Japanese technique of stress reduction and relaxation that promotes physical and emotional healing. Read more at the registration link. IET Basic Class + Attunement, Saturday, April 25, 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM

Integrated Energy Therapy (IET) is also referred to as "Healing with the Angels"! If you are wanting to start your journey in energy healing with no experience OR if you have already been attuned to Reiki, Integrated Energy Therapy (IET) is a wonderful modality for everyone! Each class provides all of the information and practice needed, no matter where you are at in your experience level. Read more at the registration link. **Information on my energy healing classes:

-You don't need any prior experience to take a beginner level class!

-They are scheduled in the Spring and Fall. We break for the Summer months and Winter holidays.

-I usually do a couple rounds of classes per season, so you have about 4 chances a year to catch them.

-They are always held on Saturdays, starting at 10am and end around 3pm.

-Class size is limited to 6 people and we need a minimum of 2 people per class as we do hands on practice.

-You receive a manual to keep and a certificate of completion for each class.

-Classes are always casual! No pressure! They are a lot of fun, very informative, and highly interactive.

-Prices range from $175-300. I am on the affordable end of pricing even though I have been practicing since 2012!

-I do not offer refunds for classes. If you are unable to attend the class you registered for, you can use the credit towards a future class.
