Mill City is proud to support Brynn as she heads to her NINTH state championship!

Brynn Beardsley is a Resident Assistant here at Mill City and a student at Faribault High School and has become one of the most accomplished distance runners in Faribault history!

This kind of achievement doesn’t happen without an immense amount of dedication, determination, and hard work. Brynn has set the standard for excellence and will inspire many future runners.

We had a packed house! We had a new music group, Just Friends, who joined us today. They delivered a fantastic performance and we thoroughly enjoyed dancing and singing along with them! Thank you, Just Friends for sharing your talents with us today! ❤️

We at Mill City are honored to know Jan & are very proud of our Hometown Hero! ❤️🤍💙

For Veterans’ Day 2025, the Auxiliary’s Hometown Hero is Jan Olson. Serving as a Navy nurse during the Korean War, Mary Lou Jannson, worked in hospitals on the West coast. During her time there, she saw many injuries and was also involved in helping military burn victims. She has lived in Mill City for a number of years, and prefers to go by ‘Jan’, a shortened version of her maiden name. This banner will be added in time for Veterans Day in November.

Starting at 12PM on Monday November 10 until 11AM on Tuesday November 11 Operation: 23 to 0 will be holding an observance at the Rice County Veterans Memorial for 23 hours to honor and remember those active duty and veterans who have died by su***de.

🍁Fall is in the air at Mill City🍁. We crafted Fall leaf door decor, and our Legacy residents designed creative Halloween door decor. Our baking group made a scrumptious apple spice cake! The aroma filled the building, and the taste was absolutely delicious!
