I’ve been traveling a ton lately… and for good reason 🥰
But I’ve had to restructure my life over and over again.
And honestly? I’m getting better at it.
Turns out even good things in abundance will force you to expand your capacity.
Last year I trained religiously…lost 20lbs and got in the best shape of my life.
This year? Kinda chaotic.
Old me would’ve lost his freaking mind.
Missed lifts. No structure. Everything “off track.”
Now I just laugh at it 😂
More cardio. Rucking, incline walks.
1–2 full body lifts a week when I can squeeze it in.
That’s it.
Not sexy. Not optimal.
But it’s real.
And it works because I’m not trying to force my life into a routine that doesn’t fit anymore.
Most people don’t fall off because they’re lazy.
They fall off because their plan only works when life is predictable.
Life’s not predictable.
So either you adapt…
or you keep starting over.
