If you’re living with diabetes or struggling with high blood sugar, our Medical Nutrition Therapy program is here to help you feel your best.

Our outpatient program offers personalized, one-on-one sessions with a registered dietitian which are designed specifically for individuals who meet certain blood sugar criteria. Eligible patients can receive up to three one-hour visits in their first year.

We’re looking for qualified and motivated professionals to fill two Radiology/CT Technologist positions.

🩻 Requirements:

Graduate of an AMA-accredited School of Radiologic Technology
Current Louisiana and American Registry of Radiologic Technologists certifications

Must be competent in performing CT, CTA and routine/ER x-ray exams.

🕙 Schedule: Rotating weekends (Saturday & Sunday, 10AM–10PM); may fill in for full-time techs as needed.

This week, all Union General Hospital leadership and staff participated in Employee and Leadership Engagement Workshops presented by Mary Bourg Chauvin, Founder and President of Etiquette Center of the South, LLC.

These sessions focused on reigniting passion, purpose, and civility in the workplace while strengthening teamwork and communication across all departments.

Today we pause to honor and thank all who have served our nation. Our Veterans Honor Table in the hospital lobby stands as a tribute to the brave men and women who have dedicated their lives to protecting our freedom.

☕ Join us today for hot cocoa and cupcakes as we show our appreciation to our veterans and their families. You can also bring a framed photo of yourself or a loved one who served to add to the display.
