We are so grateful for the kindness and creativity of our community 💐

A heartfelt thank you to Steven Perry, who, together with the Homemakers, created beautiful artificial floral arrangements in memory of his beloved wife, bringing warmth and comfort to our patient rooms at Good Shepherd Hospice in Port Jefferson.

We also extend our sincere appreciation to Mangano Family Funeral Home Inc., the Spangle Drive Senior Center, and Jodi Caravella of Standard Advisors Group for coordinating a wonderful collaboration to create and donate additional floral arrangements for our patient rooms and family areas.

These thoughtful gestures provide moments of peace, beauty, and comfort to our patients and their loved ones during life’s most tender times. Thank you for helping us surround those in our care with compassion and support.

We are so grateful for the generosity shown at the 14th Annual Open House at Long Island Yarn & Farm! 🐑💙

Thanks to everyone who attended, we received a donation check and many gift cards to support grieving families. These contributions will directly help children and families currently on program, in addition to Camp H.O.P.E., our free one-day summer camp for kids ages 5–17 who have lost an immediate family member — providing a safe and supportive space to heal, connect, and grow.

A special thank you to Long Island Yarn & Farm for continuing to support Good Shepherd Hospice by choosing us as their charity of choice. Your ongoing generosity makes a real difference!
