New Moon & and Spring Equinox Virtual Ceremony with Our Sacred Seasons

Join Dee and Kate in our next Wheel of the Year offering through Our Sacred Seasons community.

As we gather through this time, we stand at the threshold of the Spring season upon us.

The Spring Equinox is the midpoint between the Winter and Summer Solstices. All winter long, Mother Earth has been murmuring with growth and vitality beneath the surface to prepare to birth a new season of regeneration to life on the surface.
This sacred season of Spring nourishes us with the essence of renewal, rebirth, tending to our intentions and visions for the months ahead.

As we gather together in mid-March with the New Moon energy, we work with the moon cycle as a way of re-awakening from the darkness, tending to our ‘seeds’ and embracing the light of the moon as she waxes to fullness. This time of the year is a sacred and gentle reminder of leaning in and trusting the greater seasons and cycles that surround us.

During our ceremony, we will each create our own ‘Flower Petal Blessing Bowls’ to dedicate our attention and intention towards through the Spring Equinox and through this next lunar cycle.

Enhance Your Third Eye

The physical eyes see only the shadows on the wall. The mind sees only what it is told to see.

But there is a second sight—a hidden faculty of the soul that peers through the veil. Ancient traditions called it the Eye of the Oracle; the alchemists called it the Star in the Mind. Most people live their entire lives with this eye tightly shut, perceiving only the surface of existence.

You are invited to pull back the curtain.

This is not a class; it is an initiation. We are gathering to stir the dormant forces of the pineal center and awaken the visionary power that is your birthright.

The Evening’s Work:
• Breaking the Seal: We will utilize ritual and intent to clear the calcified "rust" from your inner perception.
• The Alchemical Shift: Using specific frequencies and focused will, we’ll move your consciousness from the mundane to the magickal.
• Decoding the Unseen: Learn to interpret the symbols, synchronicities, and "flashes" that occur when the veil grows thin.

Friday Night Unwind
March 13th 6:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.
with Nicole & Isabella

The evening is all about pampering and self care. This is a wonderful time to take care of you, to refresh and renew. We’ll begin with some gentle breathing and yoga to set the mood for relaxation. We will begin to move into gentle yoga postures, after a few postures, we will pause to rest to receive Reiki and essential oils. This workshop of was created to treat yourself to gentle yoga, Reiki, Essential Oils and finally closing with savasana. Complete bliss.

All levels of practice are welcome.

Please bring your own mat, blanket and pillow.

Emerging Into Wholeness: A Spring Reset for Body & Energy
March 8th 12:30 p.m. to 2:00 p.m.

As winter softens and spring begins to stir, this workshop offers a gentle space to reset, renew, and reconnect with yourself. Rather than rushing into change, we’ll honor the natural rhythm of emergence—slow, intentional, and grounded.

This experience weaves together gentle yoga, breathwork, somatic awareness, and crystal singing bowl sound therapy to help release stagnant winter energy and invite clarity, balance, and wholeness. Movement will be accessible and supportive, with options for all bodies and experience levels. Extended periods of rest and sound will allow the nervous system to settle and the body’s energy to recalibrate.

Participants will be guided to reflect on what is ready to awaken within them this spring—physically, emotionally, and energetically—leaving feeling centered, nourished, and softly revitalized.
