Studied massage therapy at New York College of Health Professions where I received awards for Academic Excellence and Outstanding Academic and Clinical Performance in Medical Massage. A considerable portion of my practice is focused on improvement of postural dysfunction, sports injury prevention and treatment to expedite recovery, although there are many benefits to massage therapy. Massage has been found to improve circulation, joint range-of-motion and flexibility. It can enhance sleep quality and reduce many common ailments such as stress, migraine headaches, issues resulting from repetitive stress, muscle tightness, aches and pains, – even anxiety and depression.
