💙 Acceptance starts with listening. This month, our team is sharing what they wish the world understood about autism.

We're kicking things off with Kaylee McClaine, our Director of Clinical Services in Phoenix!

"Autism is more than just a disability. Autism is a gift that allows people to look at the world and see things we miss. Autism has shown me the beauty in the simplest things and taught me that we are not here to change children, we are here to change the world.

As this month shines light on our clients, I also want to highlight their families and parents. These parents do twice the work. In addition to working, they attend more doctor's appointments, services (speech, OT, PT, feeding, etc.) and caseload management to give their children the resources they deserve to learn differently. Autism awareness isn't just a month out of the year, it's a lifetime commitment."

Ethan is finding his voice! 💙

He has made incredible progress on his ABA therapy journey, and we couldn’t be more proud! Ethan's gone from using single words to speaking in full sentences and initiating social interactions independently. 💬✨

Happy World Autism Awareness Day!💙♾️

Across the nation, our teams came together to show support, spread awareness, and celebrate the children and families we serve.

Today is a reminder that awareness is just the beginning. True impact comes from fostering understanding, prioritizing acceptance, and creating environments where everyone feels valued.

We’re proud to stand alongside our communities as we continue building a more inclusive future. 🌟

🥁 And the winner is... POD 2!

Our High Point crew turned their everyday excellence into a little friendly competition. Over the last three weeks, their pods went head-to-head to see who could best master our operational guidelines.

Pod 2 rose to the top, but the whole team showed out! 🏆

A strong culture doesn't happen by accident; it's built intentionally. 💫

Area Director of Clinical Services, Stephanie Buchler, recently hosted our entire North Carolina clinician team in Charlotte for a day of Clinical Alignment training. Stephanie's top priority is building a unified culture, and this in-person session was the perfect foundation.

By realigning on our core values and expectations, we’re ensuring our NC team is stronger and more connected than ever. 💪🏼💙
