Let’s clear a few things up so you can actually heal better and move with confidence:
❌ Misconception #1: Ice Promotes Healing
Ice can help with pain, but it doesn’t speed up tissue repair. Healing needs blood flow, not restriction. Movement > freezing.
❌ Misconception #2: Your Shoes Need Arch Support
Arch support isn’t automatically the answer. Your foot has 26 bones and 33 joints designed to move, not be locked in place.
Support can help short-term, but long-term, stronger feet = healthier movement.
