You can’t heal if you won’t feel.

Emotions buried alive never die. They live in the body until you are ready to face them, feel them, accept them.

For decades, Cameron turned to meditation to find peace but healing meant finally allowing himself to actually FEEL. The sadness, the anger, the disbelief, all the emotions he once avoided were the doorway to deeper freedom.

Healing isn’t about bypassing the pain; it’s about honoring it long enough for it to move through you.
When was the last time you let yourself REALLY feel without judging or numbing it?

Jane Goodall was not merely a scientist; she was a soul entwined with nature’s breath.

With patience as her compass and compassion as her creed, she listened to the whispers of chimpanzees and taught humanity to hear.

Her legacy is etched not in stone, but in the living pulse of every creature she defended.

She stood against extinction, against indifference, against despair; undaunted, unyielding.

Her eyes saw not just animals, but kin.

Her hands planted hope where others saw ruin.

✨ Today's Daily Card for Sept 3,2025 ✨

As a result of the deep transformation you have went through, there has been a transformation within relationships. As we deepen our connection with self, how we show up in our connections change. Some dissolve and fall away while others shift and expand. The guides encourage you to sit and reflect the parts that you have played to fully embrace the wisdom from the lessons. A completion comes in with the coming eclipse season. It’s important to accept that not all relationships are meant to last a lifetime. That often it is our beliefs around what a family, lovers, and friends ‘should’ be , that continues the hurt and disappointment. Mya Angelou said ‘ When someone shows you who they are, believe them’. Acceptance is the next step. Release the expectation of the role they play and see them for who they are, then adjust accordingly. For many, you may experience a peace within relationships. A coming to a peaceful place. This is a reflection of the work you have done to create and embrace your inner peace. As the relationships in your life change, step out of resistance. Let what is meant to fall away, clear out to make room for the new.
