Please join us in welcoming Joann Weston LPC to our Hope Harbor Counseling Center Family! Joann is a Licensed Professional Counselor, and earned her Master’s Degree in counseling in
2013 from Missouri Baptist University. She has an undergraduate in Social Work from
University of Missouri- St. Louis.
In addition to her formal master level of education in counseling, Joann has received intensive
formal training in Cognitive Behavior Therapy, as well as, Eye Movement Desensitization and
Reprocessing (EMDR) for the treatment of trauma. She is trained and licensed in many
treatment options. Joann’s passion is to serve adults who suffer with deeper, more enduring,
emotional, mental, and psychological pain, which often manifests as chronic physical pain.
Additionally, Joann has received formal training and continuing education in marital counseling
and personality disorders.
Throughout her career, Joann has worked with various populations and individuals to help
them navigate life’s many difficulties and problems. Her choice of treatment is always based on
the needs of the individuals she serves.
Joann’s focus of care is to help people gain the tools and knowledge they need for them to
experience hope and healing for a better quality of life, to live their best life.
The thought of hope is the seed to healing.

Hope Harbor would like to welcome Allie Halley PLPC , M.A., Clinical Mental Health Counseling, a graduate of Missouri Baptist University. Allie is passionate about helping individuals and families navigate life’s challenges and achieve meaningful growth.

Allie brings a wealth of knowledge and clinical training to her practice, with experience working across multiple areas, including anxiety, depression, trauma, couples counseling, and family reunification. She utilizes a wide range of intervention techniques, drawing from multiple theoretical lenses, to tailor treatment approaches that meet the unique needs of each client.


Her dedication to fostering healing, resilience, and positive change is at the heart of her work. With a client-centered philosophy, Allie strives to create a supportive environment where individuals and families feel heard, understood, and empowered in their journeys. Allie is an amazing therapist who works with children, adults, couples, and families. She is a very genuine and caring clinician who provides a safe space for people struggling with life's stressors. Job Announcement
We are a growing private practice in Farmington, Missouri who provide mental health services to people of all ages. We are seeking two independent contractor clinicians (Form 1099) to join our team.
As a therapist with Hope Harbor, you will have complete autonomy over your schedule and your selection of clients. We will provide billing services on your behalf, assist you in getting paneled with insurance companies, and can provide hours supervision for PLPC’s.
We strive to maintain a healthy work-life balance and encourage self-care and family time for all our clinicians. This is reflected in the freedom our therapists have in their schedules, and we encourage all clinicians to create a calendar that works best for you- mornings, afternoons, evenings, or hybrid. Our therapists set their own hours with a minimum of 20 clients per week and no maximum, after paneling.
At Hope Harbor, we use many different therapeutic modalities and therefore utilize a Play Therapy room, Sand Tray room, and Art intervention room. We also have a conference room that can be utilized for group therapy and/or classes. These shared spaces allow our therapists to expand their treatment modalities and give more options for interventions.
Professional Requirements
Candidates must have completed a master’s level counseling program and have attained a license as a LPC or PLPC in Missouri. Therapists are also required to provide and maintain their own Professional Liability Insurance. Candidates must submit to a background check prior to employment.

WE HAVE MOVED!!!! We are excited to welcome you to our new office located at 540 Maple Valley Drive in Farmington! We have expanded our space and now offer more services including sand tray therapy, play therapy, and more hands-on interventions in our art office.
