Monarch FRC Farmington What we offer:

Earn while you learn: Moms meet in a group setting to learn and discuss parenting issues. (Dads are welcome to sit in on the classes.)

OUR MISSION:
Monarch Family Resource Center (formerly Parkland PRC) provides care, support, and education regarding sexual health, pregnancy, and relationships. Topics covered include: prenatal care, nutrition, healthy relationships, safety, infant development and discipline. Points earned in class can be redeemed in our "Boutique" for baby furniture, clothes and infant to toddler care products. Parent Support Classes: Offered for clients who have had classes ordered or recommended by the court or Children's Division (DFS). This four week program begins the first week of each month with a certificate given upon completion of the classes and class requirements. Dad's Class: This is a twelve session mentoring group for fathers that will cover topics such as nurturing your family, balancing work and family commitments, and strategies
to manage your physical and mental health. HOPE (Healing Our Past Experiences) Class: A class for women of all ages who want to understand how our pasts influence us today. This ten week program examines how sexual trauma, abuse and misuse affect relationships. The classes help women move toward healing and better relationships.
