At CARS, this work doesn’t begin or end with a moment of awareness, even during NIAW!🧡

We see it every day, in the real decisions patients are asked to make, often without clear or easy answers, but always with the possibility of a path forward.

1 in 6 will face infertility.

And for many, the challenge isn’t just medical, it’s access, cost, and understanding what options are truly available.

National Infertility Awareness Week, led by RESOLVE: The National Infertility and Family Building Association, helps bring these realities into focus, but we see them firsthand, every single day.

At The Center for Advanced Reproductive Services, a First Fertility practice, this isn’t abstract. It’s the responsibility we carry with every treatment plan, every question answered, and every patient who trusts us with their next step.

We’re here to provide clarity when things feel uncertain, and real solutions when they’re needed most.🧡

Anxiety during fertility treatment is real—and as Dr. Kim Crone from The Center for Advanced Reproductive Services (CARS), a First Fertility practice, reminds us: this matters deeply, so you feel deeply.

During National Infertility Awareness Week, we’re opening the conversation—because this journey is emotional, too.

A few ways to support yourself:
• Name it
• Allow the full range of feelings
• Avoid what makes it worse
• Use your body—breathe, walk, step outside
• Be generous with yourself 💛

Drop 🧡🧡🧡 if this resonates—and share with someone who might need it today.

This Lab Awareness Week, we’re celebrating the team behind the science at The Center for Advanced Reproductive Services (CARS), a First Fertility practice—and the way they show up for one another every day.

From thoughtful precision in the lab to laughter during Lab Jeopardy, this team reflects something deeper than expertise alone.

There’s trust here. Respect. A shared commitment to doing this work well—together.

And here in Connecticut, as spring unfolds, it offers a fitting parallel.

Growth doesn’t happen all at once. It takes care, patience, and the right environment to truly flourish.

That’s what this team creates—within their lab, and for the patients who rely on them.

Steady hands. Open hearts. Meaningful work.

🔬 Medical Lab Professionals Week 🔬

This week, we’re recognizing the expertise and dedication of our lab teams who help turn science into possibility. At the Center for Advanced Reproductive Services (CARS), the work happening behind the scenes plays a meaningful role in every patient’s path forward.

Here are a few of the ways lab science supports your journey:

🧬 Embryo Culturing – After retrieval, embryos are carefully developed and monitored to help guide the next steps in your care
🔬 Pre-implantation Genetic Testing (PGT) – Providing valuable insight into embryo health before transfer
💉 S***m Analysis & Preparation – Evaluating and preparing s***m to support the best possible chance of fertilization

Each step is handled with precision, intention, and a deep understanding of how much this journey means to you.

At CARS, our lab professionals are an essential part of your care team, working alongside your physician to provide thoughtful, individualized treatment for each and every family who needs it.
