We ask it all the time:
“How are you?”
“I’m fine.”
“Busy.”
“Tired.”
But when was the last time you actually paused and answered honestly — even just to yourself?
Not the productivity version.
Not the strong version.
Not the “I’ve got this” version.
The real one.
💭 Overwhelmed?
💭 Lonely?
💭 Carrying something heavy?
💭 Or maybe… doing better than you give yourself credit for?
Today, take 60 seconds.
No fixing.
No judging.
Just noticing.
Your mental health doesn’t need a dramatic crisis to deserve attention — it just needs you to check in.
Drop one word in the comments that describes how you’re actually feeling today.
We’ll start: Present.

“The best way to predict your future is to create it.”
— Abraham Lincoln
This Presidents Day, we honor a leader who believed in perseverance, purpose, and the power of action. Lincoln’s words remind us that progress—both personal and national—comes from courage, responsibility, and choosing to move forward together.
Happy Presidents Day 🇺🇸

💖 Valentine’s Day is about love in all its forms.
It’s the love we share with partners, family, friends, colleagues—and the relationship we have with ourselves.
It’s built through connection, compassion, patience, and understanding.
Today, we honor the relationships that support our well-being and remind us that we’re not alone.

Burnout doesn’t always scream.
Sometimes it whispers.
It looks like functioning… but without any fuel left.
Feeling overwhelmed by small tasks.
Waking up tired no matter how much you sleep.
Feeling numb, irritable, or disconnected.
Struggling to focus or find motivation.
These aren’t personal failures.
They’re signals your nervous system has been carrying too much for too long.
You don’t have to wait until you’re completely depleted to ask for support.
Care is allowed. Rest is allowed. Help is available.

💚 Children’s Mental Health Week 💚
Children experience big feelings in a world that often expects them to be small. Anxiety, sadness, frustration, and overwhelm can show up in many ways—and all of them deserve care, patience, and understanding.
During Children’s Mental Health Week, we want to highlight how important it is to listen, validate, and support children as they learn to navigate their emotions. Early support can help build resilience, confidence, and healthy coping skills that last a lifetime.
If you’re a parent, caregiver, or educator: your presence, consistency, and willingness to seek support when needed truly matter. And if your child is struggling, you don’t have to figure it out alone.
We’re honored to support children and families every day. 💚

Signs You’re Healing (That Don’t Look Like Healing)
Healing isn’t always calm.
It doesn’t always look like yoga, journaling, or feeling grateful.
Sometimes healing looks like:
• Canceling plans without over-explaining
• Feeling angry about things you used to excuse
• Realizing you’re tired of surviving
• Setting boundaries that feel uncomfortable
• Outgrowing people, patterns, or expectations
• Taking longer to respond because you’re checking in with yourself first
If any of this resonates, you’re not “regressing.”
You’re becoming more honest with yourself—and that matters.
At our practice, we hold space for the messy, nonlinear parts of healing.
You don’t have to be polished to be supported.

Gentle support, thoughtful care 🤍
We’re honored to offer medication management for mental health as part of our practice—rooted in compassion, collaboration, and whole-person care.
Our prescribers take the time to listen, to understand your story, and to move at a pace that feels right for you. Medication is never “one-size-fits-all,” and neither are you.
Whether you’re just beginning your mental health journey or looking for more balanced support, you don’t have to navigate it alone. 🌷
✨ Now accepting clients for medication management
✨ Integrated with therapy when appropriate
✨ Care that feels calm, respectful, and human

✨ Self-Esteem & Self-Care Month ✨
This month is a reminder of something we often forget:
You are allowed to take up space.
You are allowed to rest.
You are allowed to care for yourself—without earning it first.
Self-esteem isn’t about confidence every day.
Self-care isn’t about perfection or productivity.
Sometimes it’s about:
• setting one small boundary
• speaking to yourself with a little more kindness
• showing up as you are
• asking for support when you need it
And sometimes, self-care looks like therapy.
If you’ve been putting yourself last, consider this your gentle nudge—you matter too 🤍

With gratitude and reflection.
