Last night’s Recipe Night may have been a small, quaint gathering thanks to the weather… but honestly, the intimacy made it even more special. ❤️

We didn’t want to cancel because we didn’t have a date to reschedule — and more importantly, we felt it was too valuable for the patients who planned to come.

Together, we enjoyed delicious recipes that prove you CAN eat amazing, flavorful food during the holidays that’s nutrient-dense, low in sugar, and supports healing — not inflammation. 🌿

🍲The smaller setting allowed us to share deeper conversations about lifestyle habits, fine-tuning nutrition, and supporting real health through daily choices.

We are so grateful for our patients — for their curiosity, their commitment, and the community we get to build with them. Thank you for showing up, for being open to learning, and for doing this journey of health together.

Olivia came to us just days after birth in October for her first check, and because she was holding so well, Dr. Adam chose not to adjust her then. Today, her body was ready for her first gentle adjustment — and the cuteness was unreal. 🩷 Pediatric chiropractic is all about working with the body — supporting growth, alignment, and natural function.

Last night was our very last Nutrition 101 class of 2025 — and what a way to finish the year.

For nine straight years, we’ve taught this class every single month in our office, and every time we’re reminded why we do it: connection, clarity, and the empowerment that comes from understanding how to fuel your body.

One of the moments that stood out most came from Sara. She said something that summed up exactly what we want our patients to experience:

“We want to take head knowledge and turn it into real heart conviction.”Because information alone doesn’t create transformation — but when knowledge becomes conviction, your daily choices start to shift… your energy changes… your health rewrites itself.

Last night was a room full of patients leaning into that next step. Asking questions. Getting honest. Getting excited. We LOVE that. And we’re so proud of each of you who showed up.

Although this was our final Nutrition 101 of the year, we’re ending on a strong note — because next month, on December 1st, we’re hosting our annual Recipe Night (one of our favorite events!).
