What therapy actually looks like (most of the time):
❌ Not: Lying on a couch while someone says "and how does that make you feel?"
✅ Actually: Sitting in a comfortable room, learning why your brain does what it does, and walking out with something you can actually use.
Therapy has changed. DBT especially is practical, skills-based, and focused on building a life that works.
