Is your lack of sleep making you gain weight?
It can be tempting sometimes to stay up late, or get up early, to tackle all you have to do. But it's important to regularly get at least 7 hours of sleep 5 days, or more, every week. Your health (and waistline) will thank you.

People with consistent sleep deprivation gained weight and experienced a loss of insulin sensitivity. Weekend “recovery” sleep only seemed to make things worse.

The vaccine is some great news and will make life so much easier soon. But we want to clarify, if you have the vaccine, we do not have enough long term data to know how effective it will be at preventing the spread of COVID-19. Although, you may not get sick, you may still be able to pass on COVID to another person who is unable to get the vaccine. So we do still ask that you wear a mask in our building and have a COVID test before your study. Thank you for understanding.
