Four Winds Recovery Center is a private, non-profit that has been providing quality addiction treatment since 1979. It is the mission of Four Winds Recovery Center to provide treatment to those afflicted with substance use disorders, including those with co-occurring mental health disorders. Four Winds Recovery Center serves adults from San Juan County, the neighboring Navajo Nation, and communities throughout the state of New Mexico; as well as the Four Corners area. Four Winds Recovery Center offer three distinct levels of care: residential treatment, intensive outpatient treatment, and outpatient aftercare. These services are provided in a manner that preserves the dignity and respect of the consumer and embraces cultural diversity. Four Winds Recovery Center values are: integrity in all that we do; commitment to the well-being of our community; quality of care provided to everyone we serve; compassion and genuine concern for all in our care; accountability to our clients, our customers, our employees, and our community. Four Winds Recovery Center is staffed by a multidisciplinary group of skilled behavioral health professionals including: Licensed Alcohol and Drug Abuse Counselors (LADAC), Licensed Substance Abuse Associates (LSAA), Licensed Independent Social Worker (LISW), and a Registered Nurse (RN). Four Winds Recovery Center contracts with Certified Nurse Practitioner (CNP) who serves as medical director and prescribing Psychologist who provides diagnostic and medication management services for clients with co-occurring mental health disorders. Four Winds Recovery Center believe that substance abuse, along with co-occurring mental health disorders are a many faceted behavioral health problem affecting mind, body, and spirit; therefore, we have facilitated access and linkage to other care providers for those who are multi-diagnosed. Individuals seeking admission must be 18 years of age or older. Services include, but not limited to: screening, assessment, referral; co-occurring diagnosis, assessment and treatment; physical exam for residential treatment clients; nursing and nutritional assessment; individualized treatment planning; substance abuse education; daily living skills education; group therapy; relapse prevention; introduction to and participation in community based 12-Step meetings; multi-family education and counseling; and job readiness with New Mexico Workforce Solutions. Assessments are done by appointment only and must be paid for in advance. Four Winds Recovery Center accepts referrals from individuals, medical providers, probation / parole, local law enforcement, etc.

*Responsible for providing support services to treatment team members regarding the delivery of service needs for clients receiving residential treatment.
*Participate in program planning and implementation of residential services with treatment team members.
*Participate in staff training's as scheduled, as well as involvement in weekly clinical staff meetings.
*Assist the treatment team in developing and maintaining quality standards of practice.
*Appropriately monitor residential client participation and behavior.
*Assist in daily documentation responsibilities as supervised by the shift LADAC counselor.
*Responsible for med tech duties.
*Assists with kitchen duties
QUALIFICATIONS:
*Minimum of High School Diploma or GED
*Willingness to receive training in substance use disorders.
*Minimum of 2 years sobriety, if recovering.
*Ability to relate to others positively and non-judgmentally.
*Knowledge of New Mexican Cultures.
*Valid driver's license and insurable driving record.
SPECIAL DEMANDS:
*Must be able to be CPR and First Aide Certified.
*Must be able to test clients for alcohol and drug use.
*Must be able to lift 40 lbs.
*Attend weekly treatment team clinical staffing's.

Clinical Supervisor:
Oversees all aspects of treatment services. Directly supervise, intake coordinator, and all treatment staff including practicum students and interns. The treatment supervisor is responsible for completing employee evaluations in a timely manner. The supervisor maintains and revises, as needed, program schedules and curriculum as well as staff schedules. The clinical supervisor must be an independently licensed clinician LCSW, LPCC, LMFT) for a minimum of three years. The supervisor facilitates the weekly clinical case staffing and directs and supports the treatment team. The supervisor must actively represent the agency through attendance at applicable meetings in the community and shall either personally or through delegation participate in community outreach activities. The clinical supervisor must ensure that clinical work follows best practices of the field and funding source requirements. The clinical supervisor serves as a model of ethical, professional behavior to all other staff.
Salary Range: $48,880 to $52,000 dependent upon credentials and experience.

Counselor II:
Provide co-occurring substance use and mental health disorder treatment to adult men and women in a residential or outpatient treatment setting. Qualified candidates must be licensed; LPCC, LMHC, LCSW, LMSW, LADAC with experience working with substance use disorders. Must be culturally competent, able to pass fingerprint background check. Duties include: treatment, transition and discharge planning, individual and group therapy facilitation, assessment and referral, weekly clinical staffing, and other clinical duties that may arise.
Salary range: $47,000 to $52,000 dependent upon credentials and experience.

Intake Coordinator Position:
Must be licensed in the State of New Mexico; LMSW or LMHC preferable. Responsible for providing assessment services to prospective clients or to referral sources in the community. Responsible for notification letters and/or phone calls to referral sources regarding results and conclusions of the aforementioned assessments, and to offer recommendations of appropriate placements if Four Winds is not the appropriate placement. Responsible for beginning the intake process for all clients applying for treatment at Four Winds in Residential, Intensive Out-Patient, and Outpatient treatment. Registering clients in the appropriate payer service registration system and completing pre-authorization requests for clients seeking residential treatment. Assist the treatment team in developing and maintaining quality standards of practice; supporting the treatment staff in covering residential and out-patient services on occasion such as staff shortage and holidays; and generally being a positive voice for Four Winds.
Salary range: $47,000 to $52,000 dependent upon credentials and experience.
