On St. Patrick's Day, we often look for luck outside of ourselves. In this session, we will explore the idea that "Luck is simply Alignment." We are going to journey inward to help you align your mind, body, and soul with your highest purpose.

Jenn Stone will begin the evening immersed in the healing vibrations of a Sound Bath. These frequencies are designed to clear your energetic field and quiet the mind, preparing you for the guided journey to follow.

Once you are deeply relaxed, we will visit the Tapestry of Life to understand and clear present, past, and ancestral patterns. We will then enter the Temple of Healing and conclude with a Manifestation exercise to anchor your "Pot of Gold"—your highest future timeline.

**Please think of one specific area of your life you would like to change, heal, or manifest.

Bring a mat, blanket, eye mask, pillows, etc. to create your cozy space. EOTR has some mats and bolsters

Bring a Notebook & Pen: You will want to record your insights immediately after the session.

Grounding: Please bring water and a snack. Eating something small after deep energy work is essential for grounding your body before you drive home.

Research shows humming just 10 seconds helps your health.

A simple hum could be a powerful tool for better breathing, according to researchers at Sweden’s Karolinska Institute.

Their studies reveal that humming—even for just 10 seconds—can dramatically increase levels of nitric oxide (NO) in the nasal passages, thanks to the vibrations it produces.

These vibrations create oscillating airflow, which enhances the exchange of gases between the nasal cavity and sinuses. Because the sinuses naturally store high concentrations of NO, this mixing effect results in a significant release of the gas into the nasal airways.

The result? A surge of nitric oxide—up to 15 times higher than during quiet breathing.

This spike may lead to improved airway function, better oxygen uptake, and enhanced defense against respiratory pathogens. Since nitric oxide has known anti-inflammatory and antimicrobial properties, the findings suggest that humming could support respiratory health in a natural, accessible way. It's a low-effort habit with potentially high-impact benefits, especially during cold and flu season.

I am working on themes for other events. Our next event will probably be held in March. What themes are you interested in exploring? Ancient civilizations (Atlantis/Lemuria, etc), Starseed family, non- human multi-dimensional lives, inner earth lives, Parallel lives, Akashic records/tapestry of life, Ancestral trauma resolution, different culture/language, between lives, karma, New Earth, phobias and health issue healing. Any suggestions?
