I am Andrea Carver, a Massage and Craniosacral Therapist, Mother of 6, Wife of 35 years, and Friend to many. At the heart of my work as a therapist is a spiritual understanding of the unlimited potential for growth in the human spirit. At the core, craniosacral therapy is about teaching methods to help the body, mind and spirit heal themselves through increased understanding, and the willingness to let go of limiting beliefs.

🧘 You’ve never truly meditated until you’ve meditated with a horse! 🐎 Brain fog, exhaustion, can’t communicate effectively, disconnected from yourself and others, feelings of insecurity. If any of these resonate with you, this modality is for you. YOU CANT FOOL A HORSE! They are very connected and intuitive and will mirror your same energy. With meditation and other mindfulness practices, with the horse, you will be able to align your body mind and spirit to work in harmony with these intuitive, wise horses!
