My son was just diagnosed with strep, and the two of us were down sick for the last 3 days. I made my I AM HEALTHY tea at least 3 times a day & p**f- I didn’t catch strep or the Covid I was exposed too over the holiday weekend. I was able to take care of my babies and my sick-self, even though it was painful. But today I felt rejuvenated.
