Pellicci Ace Hardware- we can certainly thank you for making Valentine's Day that much brighter and happier for each and every single resident at the Care Center, Terrace and Suites. Longest Serving Employee of Trinity Campus:
John Hofacker 🙌🎉🥳
In 1993, John began his journey with the now "Trinity" Campus. In 93' it was owned and operated by Sanford Memorial.
John had brought his family from Bloomington to Farmington to start his...33 years, in counting, with the company. At the time, construction in the nearby areas was down, and there was a maintenance engineer job opening. He is now the Director of Environmental Services.
"My job includes a lot of responsibilities from keeping the grounds clean and groomed to making sure the Care Center, Terrace and Suites are operating smoothly. Heating/cooling, keeping up with fresh paint, taking out garbage, keeping lights on 24-7....the list is long."
Quite often, John and his crew hear about how nice looking and pleasant/free of odors this facility is! Amongst all the hard work, people see how clean and kept up Trinity is.
When asked what has kept John here he says that he really enjoys St Francis. They have been a very good company to him and have provided flexibility. 
John loves when employee's kids come in to see him. With a smile, he told a story of a past administrator who brought her son in to work. This kiddo had drawn pictures of John in his blue work shirt and pants. Instead of the picture saying "I'm the handy man" it said "I'm the hands man!" Why? The kiddo replied, "you've got huge hands!" Made John laugh. (These pictures are included on this post). He proudly keeps these treasures hung in his office.
John- Trinity applauds your loyalty and hard work. You have been a vital part of day to day operations as well as construction projects.
Thank you John. 33 years of service (he is not retired, folks) and still going strong!!!
