Midwest Convenient Care realizes that the communities we serve are busier than ever. We accept most Insurance, Medicare, Medicaid and Workman’s Compensation.

From coughs, colds, and ear infections to sprains, cuts, UTIs, and allergies—our team treats non-life-threatening conditions and offers on-site x-rays and lab tests, plus referrals to specialists when needed. We understand how difficult it is to stop and make a phone call for a medical appointment. We offer expanded business hours, with no phone calls or appointments necessary, shorter wait time than an ER and comprehensive services at a reduced rate compared to traditional Emergency Room visits for non-life threatening illnesses. It is not our intention to replace your regular Primary Care Provider, but to give you options when they may not be available. We strive to enhance your health care experience and always try not to add to your busy schedule with our convenient locations. For businesses, we offer you and your employee’s comprehensive services as mentioned above for Workman’s Compensation Benefits when they may arise. We also offer Drug Screenings for Pre-Employment & Post-Accidents and Work Physicals. We realize that not everyone has insurance and having that in mind, we proudly offer our fees and tests at a very reasonable rate compared to what you may pay at an Emergency Room. Psych Med Refills
Pain Med Refills

On-site x-ray services, sports physicals, and specialist referrals can also be given at our locations as well. Financial/Insurance
We accept most insurance companies as well as payment in cash, checks, and debit/credit cards

Hello, Farmington!

We're honored to expand our service to Farmington and the entire St. Francois County community with the addition of primary care, orthopedics, spine and pain management, integrated medicine and therapy services, imaging services and convenient care clinics. We welcomed all these new caregivers and locations with today's blessing and ribbon cutting.

Attention patients! Due to vacations and family emergencies, our Bonne Terre clinic will not be taking walk-in patients Thursday, Friday or Saturday. We will, however, have outpatient lab and X-ray available from 8-4 on Thursday and 8-1 on Friday and will be closed on Saturday.
Our Farmington clinic will be open from 8-6 Thursday and Friday, and 9-2 on Saturday for all your walk-in needs!! Please call with any questions or concerns!

WE ARE NOW OPEN!!!
Constuction on our new x-ray suite is complete!!!

You can now visit us at 620 Maple Valley Dr in Farmington for your X-Ray. We accept outpatient x-ray orders, or you can see one of our Providers on site.

We are still available at 55 Nesbit Dr in Bonne Terre.

Tuesday, June 11th, our Farmington clinic will be open from 2pm-6pm to allow our staff to attend CPR training. Our Bonne Terre clinic will be open as normal from 8am-6pm.

Sneak peek of the new X-ray room at our Farmington clinic! We are getting so close! Waiting for the equipment install and the door! There’s a lot that goes into making sure an X-ray room is safe for patients and staff!
June 17th the equipment will start being installed! We will keep everyone posted on our official opening day! Until then, visit our Bonne Terre location for all your X-ray needs!
