Let’s talk about how our body is a temple and our brain is the computer system. What we eat and drink plus what we breath affects it!

Combining a healthy diet, breathwork ( preferably somewhere near water or the mountains) and what we bring in through our eyes is so important but what about helping remove the things we can not control that go into our system!

Lymphatic Drainage System of the Brain:

Lymphatic drainage of the brain is a critical waste-clearance and immune-surveillance system, primarily executed by the glymphatic system and meningeal lymphatic vessels. It removes interstitial fluid, metabolic waste, and toxins (like amyloid-beta) from the brain parenchyma and drains them into deep cervical lymph nodes.

Key Components and Functions:

The Glymphatic System:
A perivascular pathway where cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) exchanges with interstitial fluid (ISF), driven by glial cells (astrocytes) to wash out waste.

Meningeal Lymphatics: Vessels located in the dura mater that transport waste from the brain's cerebrospinal fluid to the body's peripheral immune system.
