As a service to our patients, from November to April, we see only acute visits for walk-ins from 8:00 am - 12:00 pm every Saturday.
😷Acute visits mean the symptoms started within 24-48 hours.
🚫We do not perform physicals or medication refills during these hours.

Our Story

Farmington Family Practice was founded in 1981 by physicians wanting to provide quality healthcare to a growing rural community in the beautiful Four Corners area. We have grown to a 10 provider office enabling us to improve healthcare access in our community while continuing to sustain our high quality care.

We work closely with San Juan Regional Medical Center and other local and regional physicians to ensure continued state of the art services in our community. Our Primary Care model allows us to build lasting relationships with our patients and their families. We continually strive to provide personalized quality services to our patients.
