Today we honor the four-legged heroes who have stood beside our military and law enforcement for generations.

On National K9 Veterans Day, we recognize the incredible service and sacrifice of military working dogs and police K9s who have protected our troops, officers, and communities.

These loyal warriors have saved countless lives by detecting explosives, tracking threats, locating missing persons, and standing watch in some of the most dangerous situations imaginable.

Their courage, loyalty, and dedication remind us that heroes don’t always walk on two legs.
