Zoe Aldred started with Proven in 2019 as a Clinical Fellow, and since November 2024, she has served as Director of Clinical Operations in West Bridgewater.
Along the way, she’s done more than grow her own career. She’s elevated the people around her, built strong teams, and helped shape the kind of clinical environment we’re proud of.
Leaders like Zoe are built through consistency, care, and showing up for others every day.
While this isn’t a recent promotion, we wanted to highlight Zoe in this series as a reflection of her continued growth and impact, and to recognize the meaningful contributions she makes to our team every day.
