Mothers Who Know

Mothers Who Know If you need support from mothers who "get it," we are here for you! For ALL MOMS. Website: motherswhoknow.org

We are a Christ-centered team of mothers who provide SUPPORT, CONNECTION, TRAINING, and HOPE when parenting doesn't go as planned. Under the direction of Life Changing Services, Mothers Who Know supports women through education, training, parent resources and tools to strengthen the family. In order to stand strong in the opposition of our day, we focus on the Savior by shining light on the tactics used by the adversary to discourage women and threaten families. We specialize in supporting mothers who have a son or daughter struggling with pornography, anxiety, depression, self-harm, addiction, self-destructive behaviors, or any issue that requires therapeutic intervention. (Sons/daughters may be participanting in the Sons of Helaman/Daughters of Light program, but this is not a requirement for parents to be involved in Mothers Who Know services/groups/classes). Just as the mothers of the Sons of Helaman in the Book of Mormon, we do not doubt that our Savior, Jesus Christ has the power to heal us and our families. “Opportunities await each of us this Christmas season to reach out and show kindness with Christlike love… Jesus Christ is love and hope. We too can partner with Him and share His love and hope with others through selfless acts of kindness.” — President Henry B. Eyring

Christmas invites us to do more than celebrate — it invites us to love.
In quiet, often unseen ways, mothers partner with the Savior every day by choosing patience, compassion, and kindness.

As we follow Jesus Christ, even small acts of love can have lasting effects.
May this season remind us that when we reach out with Christlike love, we are sharing His hope — and His light — with the world.

MERRY CHRISTMAS!!! 🎄✨

At Christmas, many mothers feel both joy and a quiet ache — hope for the season, yet concern for loved ones who seem far from the Savior they love.
If that is you, take heart.

“Christmas is a time to remember that we are all children of a Father in Heaven who gave His Only Begotten Son that all would be redeemed from death and who has offered the blessings of salvation and exaltation to all humankind....” — President Dallin H. Oaks

Christmas reminds us that Heaven never stops reaching.
The Father gave His Son because He knew every one of His children would need rescuing, redeeming, and gathering — in their own time and in their own way.

No choice, no season, no distance is too great for the redeeming love of Jesus Christ.
He came for the wandering.
He came for the weary.
He came for those who cannot yet see His light.

And He came for the mothers who pray, hope, and love without giving up.

This Christmas, may you feel the quiet assurance that the Savior is nearer than you think — to you and to those you love. His light still shines, His arm is still outstretched, and His plan still prevails.

Hope on.
Trust Him.
He is the Gift. 🎄✨

At Christmas, the world shines bright — but the deepest peace comes from Jesus Christ.

He quiets our worries, strengthens our hearts, and brings light to every corner of motherhood.

As we seek Him, His peace settles in our homes and in our lives.

“In this season of light and goodwill, we rejoice in Jesus Christ… seek Him and the blessings of His peace.” — The First Presidency, 2025 Christmas Message

This Christmas, may the Prince of Peace be your comfort, your strength, and your joy.

MERRY CHRISTMAS!!! 🎄✨

For many, this week has been sweet. For others, it may have carried heartache—strained relationships, unmet expectations, empty chairs, or quiet worries about loved ones and the paths they’re choosing. If your heart feels tender today, you are not alone.

So, as this Thanksgiving week ends, let us remember what Elder Steven C. Barlow gently teaches:

“We also manifest our love for God by having a grateful heart. … We show our love for God by acknowledging Him as the source of every good thing in our lives.”

A grateful heart does not require that everything feel perfect. It does not ignore pain or pretend that challenges don’t exist. Instead, it helps us notice the small evidences that God has not forgotten us: a moment of calm, a kind word, an unexpected bit of strength, a reminder that hope is still alive.

A grateful heart keeps us connected to heaven. It shows Him our love and devotion to Him. It helps us see God’s hand in the smallest moments.

When we choose to acknowledge Him as the giver of all good, we invite more light, more clarity, more hope, more love into our hearts and homes.

May the spirit of gratitude linger long after the holiday, filling your heart with love for Him.

We love you mothers!! ❤❤❤
