We are a Christ-centered team of mothers who provide SUPPORT, CONNECTION, TRAINING, and HOPE when parenting doesn't go as planned. Under the direction of Life Changing Services, Mothers Who Know supports women through education, training, parent resources and tools to strengthen the family. In order to stand strong in the opposition of our day, we focus on the Savior by shining light on the tactics used by the adversary to discourage women and threaten families. We specialize in supporting mothers who have a son or daughter struggling with pornography, anxiety, depression, self-harm, addiction, self-destructive behaviors, or any issue that requires therapeutic intervention. (Sons/daughters may be participanting in the Sons of Helaman/Daughters of Light program, but this is not a requirement for parents to be involved in Mothers Who Know services/groups/classes). Just as the mothers of the Sons of Helaman in the Book of Mormon, we do not doubt that our Savior, Jesus Christ has the power to heal us and our families. Attend the weekly free support group for mothers: WARRIOR MOTHERS WHO KNOW: Join from PC, tablet or smartphone: https://www.zoom.us/j/287887446 (note - you will be prompted to download ZOOM if this is your first time using it) OR join by phone: (646) 568-7788 Meeting ID: 287 887 446

OR join an 8 week online class with Karen Broadhead sponsored by Mothers Who Know: MOM PoWeR Training Register at mompowertraining.com. Join in the HOPE and support of Mothers Who Know as we strengthen and empower children & families, one mother at a time!

In his October 2025 General Conference message, Elder Stevenson told us that peacemaking demands action and he extended this invitation:

“A contention-free home zone: When contention starts, pause and reboot with kind words and deeds.”

As mothers, we carry so much—love, worry, hopes, prayers, and the everyday weight of nurturing souls. And in the swirl of emotions, needs, and personalities, contention can slip into our homes before we even notice.

But what a gift this invitation can be. Not to be perfect… but to pause. To breathe. To reset. To choose kindness again, even when it’s hard.

Every pause is progress. Every reboot is a small act of faith. Every kind word can be a seed of peace.

May we give ourselves and our families grace as we try again—one pause, one soft word, one small deed at a time. 💛

Consider all the sacred work you are doing. Heaven notices.

We love you mothers! ❤❤❤❤

We loved Elder Bednar’s reminder that “unlike worldly fear that causes alarm and anxiety, godly fear invites into our lives peace, assurance, and confidence.”

That really spoke to many mother hearts. There are so many things we can worry about—our kids, their choices, the world they’re growing up in. But this kind of fear produces panic and anxiety. The godly kind of fear isn’t about panic or control. It’s about reverence, trust, and love for our Heavenly Father.

When we choose to lean into that kind of fear, our heart actually feels calmer. We can parent with more peace, more confidence, and less of that anxious energy that drains faith. Godly fear reminds us that He’s aware, He’s in charge, and we can rest in that.

Here’s to choosing faith over fear, and peace over panic!!
