Progressive Therapy Progressive Therapy is an outpatient clinic offering Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy,and Speech Therapy.

Progressive Therapy is family owned and operated by Terry and Ellen Hudgins. They have been dedicated to providing rehabilitative services since 1993. Progressive Therapy offers physical, occupational and speech therapies along with sports injury and orthopedic rehabilitation, return to work programs language delay and hand therapy services. Conveniently located to many Central and Southside Virginia communities with locations in Farmville, Dillwyn and Blackstone. You can look forward to quality care from a dedicated and friendly staff in a relaxed yet professional environment. We work with most insurance companies, offer CareCredit and payment plans to help ease some of the financial burden.

Front End Coordinator

Progressive Therapy – Dillwyn, VA

Progressive Therapy is looking for a warm, organized, and dependable Front End Coordinator to join our outpatient therapy clinic in Dillwyn, Virginia. This role is the heart of our clinic—often the first smile our patients see and the calm voice that keeps our day running smoothly.

What You’ll Do:

Greet patients and create a welcoming, professional first impression

Schedule appointments and manage the daily clinic calendar

Answer phones, handle patient questions, and assist with check-in/check-out

Verify insurance information and collect co-pays

Support therapists and administrative staff with front office tasks

Maintain patient confidentiality and accurate records

What We’re Looking For

Friendly, compassionate, and patient-centered attitude

Strong communication and organizational skills

Comfortable multitasking in a busy healthcare environment

Basic computer skills (EMR experience a plus, but not required)

Prior front desk or healthcare experience preferred, but we’re happy to train the right person
