Today’s bread bake. I am loving being back in the kitchen making all the bread.

I have been asked to make cinnamon rolls more than once. I will start practicing on them as well

Jalapeño Cheddar Sourdough. This loaf has so much oven spring that it stuck to the top lid!! Made for a perfect loaf of bread.

I’ve changed some of my processes and I’m so pleased with how the bread is turning out. I guess sometimes we just need to take a little break and reevaluate.

I’m back!! Just got back from an amazing trip to St Louis, MO and Gatlinburg, TN with my husband. First trip since his stroke a year ago and we made so many memories. We were still laughing on the way home.

I need to unload my trailer and get things situated and then I will start posting transfers again.

As for bread, I will start baking that again next week.
