That pop you hear during an adjustment isn’t your bones cracking and it’s one of the biggest myths in chiropractic care.

Here’s what’s actually happening 👇

Inside every joint is fluid and gas. When a chiropractor gently adjusts a joint, the joint space opens just enough to release that trapped gas.
