Valentine’s Day naturally turns our attention to the heart ❤️ but Scripture reminds us that the heart is much more than a symbol of romance. 🌹

In Proverbs 4:23, we’re told to guard our heart, ⚔️ because it shapes everything that flows out of our lives. Our words, our relationships, our choices, our thoughts.

As a practice that cares for physical bodies and families, this verse is a gentle reminder for us too that true health is both physical and spiritual. When our hearts are tended to with truth, righteousness, and are filled with the Holy Spirit, it overflows into the way we love God and others every single day. 💌

This weekend Dr. Devin was back in advanced Neuro-Tonal Life training …refining techniques, expanding clinical understanding, and continuing to master nervous system care 🧠⚡️

What makes this even more impactful is the unity inside our office. Through co-care, Dr. Devin and Dr. Jeremy work hand-in-hand combining training, perspective, and clinical insight so every family benefits from both of their expertise. 🤝🤍

Celebrating an amazing place where PLAY and LEARNING go hand in hand!! 🎨📚✏️

Last week we had the opportunity to meet with Shelby Cornell, Vice President of Operations at The Muse Knoxville. What an honor to get to hear her heart and learn more about the mission that The Muse has for children and families in our community!

The Muse Knoxville is all about making learning fun, engaging, and accessible!! They take play very seriously because they understand that it’s the way kids learn, explore, and make sense of their world! They also believe play shouldn’t just be for kids and that anyone can learn, grow, and develop no matter what your circumstances are or your age. They do an incredible job of serving children from all walks of life with a multitude of abilities and that speaks volumes to their mission and their heart for the people in our community that they serve! Their programming partners with and supports parents to enable their kids to learn and grow while having fun and making memories. From their engaging play-space to the amazing kid’s camps and events they host (which we’ve personally heard RAVE reviews over), the Muse offers amazing opportunities to explore and discover!

We’re also so excited to celebrate and support them as they grow and prepare to move into the Jacob Building in Chilhowee Park! What a wonderful opportunity to expand their reach and ability to serve and support families in Knoxville!! Keep going and growing Muse, we’re here to cheer you on!
