MISSION, VISION, AND VALUES
Country Care Assisted Living is a state licensed assisted living family home for the elderly. The idea originated from the need to care for my grandmother. It was a yearlong process from its infancy stages of planning, licensing, accommodations, and funding to the actual launch of leaving my career to pursue this dream. Our existence is to provide a place where families will feel that their loved ones are safe, well cared for and where residents can have socialization and have exceptional care in a comfortable homelike environment. Our approach to care is offering our residents private rooms in a country home where they enjoy a quiet, unhurried life in a family setting. Our Facility rests on 40 acres of rolling hills in the south west Clare County area. Our many amenities include wooded walking areas, patios, decks and flower gardens to provide a peaceful atmosphere in a country setting. This includes recreational, horticultural and animal therapies that are clinically proven to improve one’s physical, social emotional and cognitive functioning. Our mission is to provide peace of mind and quality of life. Our vision is to offer love, acceptance and exceptional care to our residents. Our core values are to love our neighbor as ourselves, to give emotional, physical and spiritual care as our ultimate criteria.
