Congratulations to Karlin Yaeger, our Vice President of Global Sales & Marketing, and his brother Kevin Yaeger on being named 2026 Alumni of the Year.
A well-deserved honor recognizing their leadership, dedication, and impact in the animal health industry.
At our Founder's Day this past weekend, we are able to announce and present the 2026 Alumni of the Year Award to not one, but two, individuals who represent the values of Alpha Gamma Rho in their daily lives. AGR is often referred to as a brotherhood, but this year's award recipients are also biological brothers!
Kevin (1978 initiate) and Karlin (1989 initiate) Yaeger are our 2026 Alpha Gamma Rho-Theta Chapter Alumni of the Year Recipients!
Kevin had a distinguished 35-year career in animal health with companies such as Upjohn, Pfizer, and Zoetis, Now retired, he enjoys traveling and spending time outdoors. He and his wife Sharon enjoy traveling the world including hunting trips to Africa, New Zealand, Italy, and Spain.
Karlin has also had a career in animal health sales currently holding the position of Vice President of Global Sales and Marketing for Addison Biological Laboratory. He and his wife Nancy, live in Rocheport Missouri.
During the awards presentations- Brothers Alan Masters (1980) and Stephen Reid (1981) introduced Kevin touching on how dedicated he is to his family, faith and fraternity. Brothers Kord Harper (1989) and Tony Robertson (1989) introduced Karlin. Kord Harper said, "Karlin is always there for a brother in need. He has been instrumental in organizing the annual AGR alumni fishing trip for many years and exhibits amazing hospitality in welcoming bothers to his football game tailgates. Karlin has been an ideal model of brotherhood- not only while he was an undergraduate but for decades as an alum."
