ICYMI:

On Monday, in our Rigby v. Jennings Self-Built Fi****ms Ban Lawsuit, Delaware filed a brief opposing our Motion for Summary Judgement claiming that “the regulations on ghost guns and ghost frames are consistent with this Nation’s historical tradition of firearm regulation.”

And that’s not even the worst contortion from the brief…🤦‍♂️
