About DWSF

Dancing Without Sin Fitness LLC was founded by Stephanie Brown Kegler July17, 2015. She has been a fitness instructor since 2009. As a Christian Stephanie began brainstorming on how she could get more church participants to exercise. She felt she could create a comfortable environment and give them music they enjoy listening too. The Lord gave Stephanie the vision for Dancing Without Sin which is spiritually based. The program is focused on Gospel, inspirational, Christian hip hop, Old school R&B. This exercise format is not just dancing, squats, lunges, floor exercises and more are included. The No Christian left behind session includes participants with standing disabilities or in wheelchairs. Everyone can get a work-out but don't be misinformed, just because it's Christian based does not mean you will not feel the burn and call on the Lord! Hallelujah!
