Get ready to make a splash for a GREAT cause! 💦
For our Kindred Polar Plunge on February 24th, kids can help raise money for Arkansas Special Olympics while having a little mischievous fun with their favorite therapists 😄

Here’s how it works:
💧 $1 – Throw a water balloon at a therapist
🪣 $10 – Dump a WHOLE bucket of water on a therapist

All proceeds benefit Arkansas Special Olympics, and each therapist is aiming to raise $50 to help us reach our fundraising goal! 💙🏅

Who’s ready to soak a therapist for a good cause?! 👀💦

🎨💙Fundraiser Fun! 💙🎨
To support the Special Olympics Polar Plunge, our Kindred kids can join in on the fun by purchasing a temporary tattoo — and here’s the twist… they get to choose where their therapist has to wear it! 😆 Face, neck, arm, or leg — the choice is theirs! 🎨
💲 Tattoo prices:
• $1 – small
• $2 – medium
• $3 – large
Every tattoo helps support Special Olympics athletes, and we’re so excited to let our kiddos take the lead (and have a little fun at their therapists’ expense 😉). LET'S GET THESE THERAPISTS TATTED UP!

Week 1 of Young Athletes is complete and we had a BLAST!

Week 1 Activities:
-Warm up/Introduction: Yoga or dance video to get athletes' bodies moving. 🧘‍♂️
-I Spy: Coach places different colored items around the gym. When coach calls out a color, athletes walk/run to collect item of that color. 👁️
-Bridges and Tunnels: Athletes create bridges and tunnels with their bodies which friends have to crawl under or step over. 🌉
-Scarf Game: Athletes split up into groups of two. Athletes take turns calling out body parts and throwing the scarf, partner must catch scarf with that body part. 🧣
-Keepy Uppy: Athletes work together to keep a balloon off the ground. 🎈

JOIN US NEXT WEEK!!
-Tuesdays: 5:45 PM - 6:30 PM in Kindred gym
-Wednesdays and Fridays: during athletes' normal session times
