Now at my new location! 2403 Main Drive in Johnson, suites 1&2. I’m now able to offer the services I’ve been educating myself on and practicing for the last couple years. I’ll be focusing on posture correction/pain management, strength training/flexibility and body awareness.

This will include a combination of therapeutic massage(deep tissue, neuromuscular and myofascial), private yoga, meditation and personal training. I will soon be offering free HIV testing as well.

I’m really excited about this new opportunity to help my clients so come check it out!

My yearly back-to-school discount is available again this month! All teachers, students and school staff can enjoy $15 off all sessions this month for existing clients. I’ll be away at my first intensive yoga course from April 12th to the 16th. If you’d like a session before then please reach out! I may not have phone service where I’ll be staying.

Depending on what I learn from this first course I may start offering private yoga sessions after I’m back! I’m very excited to join the yoga community and start using this body movement to better not only my clients wellness but my own. 💙

My current studio isn’t big enough to host yoga sessions so I’ll be on the lookout for a new location. Until I find that location I will offer in-home/office sessions! Reach out to me if you want to know more about how I’ll be incorporating yoga into my treatments!
