February is American Heart Month! Physical activity is a great way to help protect your heart from heart disease. Keep your heart healthy and aim for at least 2 1/2 hours of moderate physical activity every week. You can start small by scheduling a 30-minute walk or hike with a friend, join an exercise class, or play a game of basketball with your kids. Doing heart-healthy activities with someone else will keep you both inspired to make exercising a long-term habit.
