Specializing in multifamily and commercial projects, we offer a unique opportunity to be involved in every project phase, from initial design through construction administration. We are looking for candidates—from recent graduates to experienced professionals—who hold an accredited B.Arch and demonstrate proficiency in Revit (Lumion and Adobe Creative Suite are a plus). What started as a vision for a standout retail destination in the Hilltop corridor is now a finished reality….and we love how it turned out! 😍

Located at 5900 Highway 49 in Jonesboro, 49 Crossing is a 10,000 SF retail strip center offering prime visibility between NEA Baptist and the Eastern Bypass, one of the most strategic, high-traffic locations in Northeast Arkansas. 🚗

HB Construction Update :: 🚧 NEA Baptist’s new Urgent Care PLUS is OPEN in their new 18,000 square foot ultra-modern facility just off I-555 on Apache Drive in Jonesboro, AR!

The new development features Red Wolf Clinic Primary Care (formerly known as Stadium Clinic), 🏥 Outpatient Imaging services, and an Urgent Care PLUS all in (1) central location. NOW patients have easier access to higher level care without the need for expensive Emergency Department visits.

HB Construction Update :: 🚧 Southern Pharmacy's first-ever ground up development is nearing completion in its new location at the base of the I-555 exit onto Red Wolf Boulevard.

With a few minor exterior and interior checklist items to complete, ☑️ we are on schedule to turn the space over to the tenants within the next few weeks!

And then….it won’t be long until opening announcements are released, so stay tuned! 👀

‼️ Haag Brown is thrilled to announce that the first construction project within Steel Creek, 🚧 Trumann’s premier life-style focused, master-planned, mixed-use development, is moving full-steam ahead. Roach Conveyors, a world-class material handling systems corporation, has signed-off on all design/construction plans for their first-class warehouse and distribution center. 😎

This 80,000 square foot, state-of-the-art facility - which has expansion plans to OVER 160,000 SQUARE FEET - will be located on 8.88 acres near the intersection 🚦 of Industrial Park Access Road and Pecan Grove Road, just north of the Wal-Mart Super Center. The eight-figure investment will feature 5,500+ square feet of office space, a large access plaza with 14+ dock doors, 60+ parking spaces, extensive landscaping, and a 3.62 acre lake with walking trail. 🌳😱

When complete, the Steel Creek Development will feature multiple restaurants, stores, single and multi-family housing, offices, warehousing, and an event venue all nestled amid multiple water features, 💧 green spaces, and a connective walking/riding trail system. 🚴👟

Starbucks #5 now in the books!

Starbucks is NOW open! This 🆕 Haag Brown Commercial Real Estate project in Springdale, Arkansas, is a 🚨TRIPLE WHAMMY! We just finished developing a free standing Starbucks ☕️ on one pad and have (2) additional parcels remaining. We have the pad next to Starbucks PENDING and will announce a new project there hopefully in the next few weeks.

We purchased nearly (3) acres in front of Mercy’s new hospital in Springdale at the Elm Springs exit. The property is signalized, has frontage on the interstate, and shares a traffic signal with Wal-Mart Supercenter. The property was too big, and way too expensive to just do a single development. We had to get creative and work our tail off to line up another deal that would be complimentary to Mercy and Starbucks. We did it. 👊🏼

BONUS: We will have one remaining pad surrounded by a hospital, Wal-Mart, Starbucks, Panda Express, McDonalds, and has frontage on the busiest Interstate in NWA. We expect a great last piece to complete this puzzle.

NEA Baptist Pain Management is officially OPEN at The Reserve at NEA! 🥳 This is the third provider to open in the project.

The development is an extension of the largest master-planned integrated health care campus in our trade area. A partnership between NEA Baptist and Haag Brown Commercial Real Estate, The Reserve at NEA is a lifestyle focused medical development 🌳 that is a virtual extension of the NEA Baptist Medical Campus.

HB's Throwback Thursday :: What do you call a vacant E-Z Mart when HB gets involved?….STARBUCKS ☕️

In 2021, Joshua Brown of Haag Brown led the development of this Starbucks ( it was not easy) on the former E-Z Mart site 🚦 at the intersection of Highway 71 (S. Bloomington Street) and East Monroe Avenue in Lowell, AR.

HB Construction Update :: Signage is up on the new NEA Baptist Pain Management Clinic within our "Reserve at NEA" development adjacent to the NEA Baptist Memorial Hospital on Highway 49 North.

We are absolutely loving the different building materials and textures being used on this project. It has a really natural, relaxing vibe. Definitely going to be the ideal showpiece at the entrance of this life-style focused development.
