COURT RESULTS FROM December 3, 2025.

For those following our matter with the City of Fayetteville, here is a brief recap of our day in court.

The facts are not in dispute but because our case involves Constitutional issues acknowledged yesterday in court, the District Judge is now transferring the case to Circuit Court because the Circuit Court is a Court of record and better suited to hear Constitutional issues.

We will post updates as we receive them. Thank you to those that attended yesterday in support! We are blessed with the massive support we’ve received locally, regionally and beyond since day one.

COURT DATE TOMORROW - December 3, 2025 at 2pm. While we are still working to resolve this matter with the city, we are scheduled in Fayetteville District Court, located at 176 S Church Avenue, Suite 1, in Fayetteville, Arkansas. It is unsure if we will be there for 30 seconds or hours so if you’re planning to attend, please be respectful and courteous of everyone involved.
