Creative Expressions Group for Teens
This group, designed for teens ages 12 to 17, offers a safe space to address depression, anxiety, and peer challenges through creativity and connection. Facilitated by a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), the group uses art-based activities like drawing and painting to encourage self-expression, reduce stress, and build healthy coping skills. Teens will explore emotions, gain self-awareness, and develop resilience while connecting with peers in a supportive environment. No artistic experience is needed, as the focus is on the process, not the product. Empowering teens to navigate life’s challenges with confidence and improved emotional well-being.
