New Year, New Services!
Healing is a multifaceted process. Sometimes, as we start to heal inside and feel more like ourselves, we look in the mirror and don't recognize who we've become in the midst of our pain and struggles.

The Holidays are almost here! I will be taking a much-needed break to spend time with family and will be out of the office from Dec. 12 to January 9.
My response times will be significantly delayed during this time. If you need any herb refills, have questions about your treatment plan, or have general questions, please text or email me this week for the fastest response.
I hope you all have a wonderful holiday season spent with people you love. I am so grateful to have been a part of all of your healing journeys in 2025 and can't wait to see what 2026 will bring for us all.

Happy Acupuncture and Herbal Medicine Day 🌿
I'm grateful today for the medicine that has brought me such a wonderful sense of purpose, joy, and self healing along with healing for my patients.
Acupuncture and herbal medicine has a beautiful ripple effect. My favorite thing about being an acupuncturist is seeing my patients start to feel like themselves again and be able to be more present with their families, pursue their passions, and have impact in their communities.
I'm grateful for all the wonderful acupuncturists out there sharing this medicine and themselves with their communities.
