FOSM 2023 Sports Physicals Event was a huge success! Thanks so much to all of the students, parents, coaches and athletic trainers and directors that came out. A big thanks to our FOSM staff and our providers: Dr. McBrayer, Dr. Barnes, PA Dilello and PA Cleveland for all your hard work! A special shout out to Dr. De La Guerra and Dr. Suliman for volunteering your time and services for this event.
We wish everyone an injury free season and hope to see you again next year!

Welcome Jeb Cleveland, PA-C!
Jeb Cleveland graduated from Methodist University’s Physician Assistant Program in 2016. Prior to joining Fayetteville Orthopaedics and Sports Medicine, he worked in Emergency Medicine and for the Trauma/General Surgery team at Cape Fear Valley Medical Center. He has experience with Orthopaedics, most recently with a practice in Clinton, NC. Prior to attending Methodist University, Jeb was in the U.S. Army from 2005 until 2013 where he served with 3rd Special Forces Group as a medic with ODA 3333. He has lived in Fayetteville since 2006. He is married and is the proud father of two children.
