We offer swedish and deep tissue massage, prenatal massage individualized to your needs. Our offerings include the following:

Swedish Massage - a Swedish based technique that relaxes muscles, increases circulation & helps reduce emotional & physical stress. Deep Tissue - a massage focused on the release of deeper muscles to release tension. Prenatal Massage - a massage during pregnancy can relieve many of the normal discomforts experienced during pregnancy such as backaches, stiff neck, leg cramps, headaches, & swelling.
